Additional Information
Arriving on Time
Our appointments are scheduled at particular time increments; therefore, it is important that you are on time to your scheduled appointment, with your paper work done prior to the scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late or if your paperwork is not done prior to your appointment time, SPRY may need to reschedule your appointment to stay on schedule for other appointments, which will lead to a $75 no show charge to the card on file.
Cancellation Policy
SPRY understands that things come up and you may need to reschedule your appointment. We do require a 24-hour notice prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule. If the appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, SPRY reserves the right to charge a $75 late cancellation fee to the card on file.
Late Arrivals
Shall the patient arrive late for their appointment, but less than 15 minutes late, SPRY may need to end the appointment at the time originally planned to stay on time for other patient’s that are scheduled.
Assessment Fee
There will be an assessment fee of $75.00. This fee is for 1 hour to sit down with our Nurse Practitioner, Bethany. You will have the opportunity to discuss your skin goals, concerns, medical grade skincare and receive a full treatment plan recap post appointment.
Insurance Coverage
At this time, there are no insurance covered services at SPRY, therefore, all payment is the patient’s responsibility.
Payments Accepted
SPRY accepts all major credit cards, Care Credit, and cash for payment. We DO NOT accept checks.
The Skin Assessment Process
01 - Skin History
Your provider will talk with you and discuss your medical history. They’ll discuss previous treatments, medications you take, any past or current skin conditions, and what your at-home skincare routine already looks like.
02 - Skin Examination
Your provider will examine your skin, looking at your specific concerns and addressing what aspects of your skin are doing well and what aspects could use improvement.
03 - Planning
You and your provider will discuss what treatments and products would work well to improve your skin health. Together, you’ll create a treatment plan that helps you create skin that you can feel confident in.
04 - Recap
You will schedule your first skin treatment session, and after your appointment for your skin assessment, your provider will type us a skin report and send it to you for review. This guide educated you on how to care for your skin while working with our SPRY team.
