Our Roots
Bethany Heidemann founded SPRY in 2018 with a mission to help men and women gain confidence to be the best version of themselves. SPRY has helped thousands of patients achieve this over the past five years.

Bethany Heidemann
Founder | ARNP
Bethany Heidemann, ARNP, is the founder of SPRY Skin & Wellness Center. Bethany is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She believes that if you feel well about yourself, including your appearance, you have the confidence and drive to be a better version of yourself. Her professional experiences in ENT (ears, nose, and throat), plastic surgery, and general surgery, have provided her with several years of taking care of individuals with different skin care concerns including sun damage and skin cancer.
Anna Jones
Practice Manager
Anna Jones is our Practice Manager. Anna creates a positive environment for both team members and patients. While she wears many hats during the day, Anna also supervises administrative functions alongside the Medical Director, Bethany. Before starting at SPRY, Anna attened AIB college of business studying Business Management, and has a combined 14 years in retail customer service. Along with her daily responsibilities, Anna enjoys seeing all the new and familiar faces walking into SPRY each and every day.
Anna enjoys summer boating, spending time with her little family, and espresso martinis.
Complete C serum is one of Anna’s favorite products, which pairs well with her favorite procedure, Lumecca.
Katy Bruess
Medical Aesthetician
Katy is our Medical Aesthetician who works side by side with our Nurse Practitioner, Bethany, in assisting with many of our medical grade treatments. Before pursing Aesthetics, Katy previously obtained two BA degrees from the University of Northern Iowa. In 2019 she decided to make a career change and chose to attend the Aveda Institute in West Des Moines, where she obtained her License in Esthetics. Along with her daily responsibilities of providing services, Katy truly enjoys working with her patients, transforming their skin, and helping them unlock a new level of self-confidence.
Katy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, and doing makeup.
Biotherapy Moisturizer is one of Katy’s favorite products, which pairs really well with her favorite procedure, Dermaplaning.
Madison Hubrig
Aesthetician
Madi is our Aesthetician who helps by providing skincare services and recommendations for treatments. Before starting at SPRY, she attended Capri College and obtained a degree in Esthetics. Madi has experience working in customer service prior to starting at SPRY. Along with her daily responsibilities, Madi enjoys boosting patient confidence and helping with their skin health.
Madi enjoys going to the river, spending time family, and having a good time with friends.
Advanced Hydration is one of Madi’s favorite products, which pairs well with all procedures.
Megan Hansel
Patient Care Coordinator
Megan is our patient care coordinator and the voice you hear behind the phone. She handles scheduling, chart prep, and many other behind-the-scenes tasks.
Before starting at SPRY, she attended Allen College and obtained an associate degree in radiography. Megan has a lot of patient care experience and worked as an x-ray tech for 7 years prior to starting at SPRY. Along with her daily responsibilities, Megan enjoys seeing patients’ progress and knowing they left our clinic one step closer to their goal and feeling confident!
Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and twin daughters, weightlifting, and running her paint business.
Cleanse and Calm is one of Megan’s favorite products, which pairs well with any and all of our procedures.
Faith Miller
Aesthetician
Faith is our Aesthetician who helps with evaluating our patients skin conditions and offer skincare solutions to help keep up with their overall health of the skin. Before starting at SPRY, she attended Capri College, and obtained a degree in Esthetics. Faith has two plus years working in the beauty industry prior to starting at SPRY. Along with her daily responsibilities, Faith enjoys all of the procedures she offers and working with such a good team.
Faith enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, being outside with her animals, and shopping.
Antioxidant multi correction serum is one of Faith’s favorite products, which pairs well with her favorite procedure, Diamond Glow.

SPRY is a medical aesthetic clinic designed to accommodate both men and women with all different skin concerns. SPRY not only provides much deserved pampering and rejuvenation procedures and products but also can provide medical advice and medical grade products to treat other skin concerns including acne and hyperpigmentation.
SPRY believes that skin care is not one size fits all. Therefore, the experience starts with a assessment so our medical provider can get to know you and your specific desires and skin care needs. The assessment allows the provider and you, the client, the time to establish what is important to you on an individualized basis and for a care plan to be tailored specifically for you.
