As our Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients — helping guide them from inquiry to consultation to treatment plan while creating an elevated, concierge-style experience every step of the way.

This role is perfect for someone who:

• Feels confident on the phone + converting leads into booked appointments
• Has a passion for aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and patient experience

Experience in aesthetics, med spa, hospitality, or high-end retail sales is preferred but personality, professionalism, and work ethic are everything.

Responsibilities include/not limited to:

• Answering calls + managing patient communication
• Responding to website/social media leads
• Scheduling + rescheduling appointments
• Following up with patients and next steps
• Assisting providers during consultations
• Creating personalized treatment plans for patients to take home
